Tasks

-Stay informed on market/segment trends and competitor offerings. -Engage in technical and commercial negotiations with internal and external customers. -Deliver high quality quotations within the agreed timeline. -Work collaboratively with internal expert teams and external customers to meet their needs. -Interpret and analyze customer technical engineering requests for quotations, identifying relevant information and collaborating with internal engineering, commercial, and marketing teams. -Specify, calculate, and prepare technical quotations in alignment with company's standard procedures. -Provide technical advice and support as needed.

-Commercial acumen. -Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills. -Effective verbal and written communication skills. -Detailed induction support and well-structured onboarding. -Strong processes and state-of-the-art systems and tools. -Insightful understanding of relevant market segments, such as Datacenters, Utilities. -Demonstrate knowledge of Transformers and Medium Voltage systems. -Structured employee development processes, open feedback culture with development plans. -A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. -Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. -Proficiency in an additional language such as Turkish or Dutch is considered an asset. -Bachelor's degree, preferably electrical engineering or equivalent. -Apply knowledge of Eaton products (Medium Voltage platforms) and understand distribution networks, plant front-end scheduling, engineering, manufacturing processes, and equipment cycle times.
