Tasks

-Takes/coordinates progress photos -Project schedule updates and creation of manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software -Conduction of trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours and rates -Issues warranties -Coordinating drawings and work specific scope/trades/sub-trades -Completion of deficiency walks and updating of deficiency logs -Verification of site conditions and coordination of drawings -Updates field drawings and produces as-built drawings -Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD -Set-up and maintenance of records -Monitoring of workforce productivity -Participation in project meetings

What You Bring

-Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset -A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required depending on the project site/location -Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting -Performance of quantity takeoffs
