Tasks

-Maintains repair and correction records -Promote a corporate culture based on safety. -Manage Software installation and set up on computers according to the specifications given. -Monitors hardware functionality and takes action where necessary -Provides technical support to users via email, phone and Help-Desk portal -Trains end users on how to use new software and IT equipment -Identifies and suggests possible improvements to procedures. -Maintain repair and correction records. -Manages software installation and set up on computers according to the specifications given -Identifies and suggests possible improvements to procedures -Help support Office and/or Production systems/hardware. -Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. -Organise and schedule updates and maintenance with users. -Organises and schedules updates and maintenance with users -Manages the workstations and the necessary hardware peripherals -Provide on-site IT support to users -Use and manage our internal ticketing system -Acts in compliance with data protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies. -Train end users on how to use new software and IT equipment. -To Manage the Network Infrastructure and provide IT Support to the Relevant Users in Compliance with data protection, data security and Group policies and procedures. -Management of all IT Hardware, like desktops, monitors, laptops, printers, mobile phones etc. -Acts in compliance with Data Protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies -Promotes a corporate culture based on safety

What You Bring

-Good problem-solving skills -Can work on own initiative with minimum supervision. -A good communicator, team player & have excellent interpersonal skills -Applies corporate Principles and Values. -Ability to learn and act quickly, make decisions and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity. -Have comparable work experience within an Administrator or Help Desk environment. -Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Products like Windows/Office & associated applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc) in additional to adapt to dedicated industry software. -Formal education in a related field -Minimum 3 years of technical experience in a similar environment (Manufacturing preferred) operating at a similar level. -Knowledge of vehicle routing and scheduling systems and WMS. -Possess a methodical and flexible approach with the ability to prioritise a dynamic workflow. -Numerical and literacy skills to compile reports and necessary documentation as required. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -HP/Cisco networking solutions, managing switches and virtual environments. -Applies Corporate Principles and Values -Experience investigating network incidents and monitoring internal/external escalation. -Full valid UK driving licence as travel to regions is expected as part of the role.
