Overview

Manage client relationships and drive sales of structural packaging in Milwaukee‑Chicago area.

Tasks

-Develops a plan for the business -Delivers outstanding customer service by providing timely responses, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. -Collaborates with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable products for their projects. -Manages aged inventory and accounts receivable -Initiating action -Owns the customer relationship -Prepares various reports and correspondence as required -Works closely with the internal team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and resolve any product-related concerns. -Focuses on targets and updates through CRM management -Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new business opportunities in your territory. -Manages leads and customers in the Company’s CRM management system -Creates ongoing and growing business -Conducts Customer Business Reviews -Solicits sales opportunities with new and existing customers -Develops programs based off customer needs -Becomes the key customer contact, identifying needs, managing expectations and resolving issues through proactive communication -Negotiate with customers to grow sales. -Stays up-to-date with the latest product offerings, treatment technologies, and industry trends to position UFP as the go-to choice. -Introduces New product expansion/market -Introduces new programs to customers -Generate sales based on company standards and expectations.

What You Bring

-Understand the importance of gross margin and the company’s collection process. -Responsible and trustworthy to work under little supervision -Composure and resiliency -Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking. -Reliable and maintain good attendance -Professional and respectful -Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or customer service. -Understands the market and keeps customers informed -Good interpersonal skills and a good communicator -Highly motivated and enthusiastic -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred -Ability to understand technical specifications of products and communicate their benefits effectively to customers. -Working experience in sales, preferably with product, industry, and market knowledge in structural packaging, pallet, mixed material crates, and boxes, is a plus -Able to pass a drug test -Influence and persuasion -Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
