Tasks

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, migrations, and more. Model complex financial workflows using PostgreSQL. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences. Mentor engineers and foster a strong engineering culture. Design and build high-performance Python services and APIs. Lead backend development for a fast-growing investment platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive backend design and development, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and performant. What You Bring

Proven experience hardening systems for security and data integrity. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. 8+ years of backend engineering experience. Strong expertise in Python and PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, migrations, etc.). Hands-on cloud experience (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure welcome). Exposure to frontend frameworks like Next.js or React. 5+ years working with Django in production environments. No sponsorship or C2C. No Agencies, please do not submit candidates.
