Oversee commercial construction projects, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.

Tasks

-Forecast project costs and adjust as necessary to maintain budget compliance. -Review construction documents to identify potential issues and resolutions proactively. -Accurately estimate and bid on projects. -Process pay requests in a timely manner. -Resolve personnel and construction document conflicts. -Monitor and manage all project costs to ensure they stay within budget. -Attend and lead project meetings, preparing and recording meeting minutes.

What You Bring

-Experience with multifamily office projects -Ability to ensure quality work is completed by subcontractors -Construction management proficiency -Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field -At least 4 years of experience in commercial construction management -Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with owners, architects, subcontractors, and team members. -Experience in commercial construction -Project management expertise -Work well under pressure to meet project deadlines. -Familiarity with Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management, or Design-Build processes
