Tasks

-Support the corporate reporting process, including preparation of investment updates and portfolio summaries -Prepare market study reports and memoranda for internal presentation and management approval. -Maintain an active database of transactions, partnerships and investment leads. -Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, pricing movements, and competitive developments in the Singapore real estate market. -Evaluate potential development and investment opportunities within the Residential and Commercial asset sectors. -Conduct and review valuation for existing investments and development projects -Conduct detailed financial feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses and market assessments to assess investment viability. -Prepare market updates, benchmarking reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and senior management.

What You Bring

-Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques and Microsoft Excel. -Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills with strong attention to detail. -At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, portfolio management or valuation. -Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related disciplines. -Familiarity with Singapore property markets, valuation standards and investment performance metrics.
