Tasks

-Mentor and guide BIM modelers and coordinators, ensuring skill development and quality output. -Lead and manage BIM projects across various stages – design, construction, and handover. -Supervise model creation, clash detection, and data extraction using BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D). -Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate BIM with other technologies (e.g., GIS, IoT, Digital Twin). -Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations. -Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows. -Conduct regular project reviews, quality checks, and progress reporting. -Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local codes).

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in BIM, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. -Proficiency in BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc. -Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle. -Experience with infrastructure or large-scale commercial projects. -Exposure to cloud-based collaboration platforms. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. -Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. -Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols. -Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager). -Knowledge of scripting (Dynamo, Python) for BIM automation.
