Coordinate tool repair orders, assist customers, manage SAP/Salesforce data, and generate reports.

Tasks
-Log tool repair orders into SAP and SaleForce. -Maintain and distribute sales drawings. -Maintain the Burndy Tool Maintenance System files -Develop Continuous Improvement projects. -Provide reporting on tool repair aging, revenue, and repair throughput. -Answer live incoming customer queries by phone, chat and email. -Prioritize repairs for the tool repair technical team. -Create outbound shipments for repaired tools -Place orders and determine pricing for new replacement tools.
