-Oversee financial planning and control, maintaining accurate budget forecasts and ensuring delivery remains within fiscal constraints. -Foster high-performing teams, promoting collaboration, effective use of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, and managing third-party relationships to align with organizational values and delivery goals. -Drive operational resilience and security, ensuring systems and services are robust, secure, and aligned with cyber protection standards and incident reporting protocols. -Lead end-to-end delivery of products and projects within Agile governance frameworks, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes without technical debt.

-Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to influence priorities and navigate complex environments; experience in energy or financial trading is a plus. -Proven track record in leading and delivering complex IT/OT projects, ensuring alignment with business value and operational outcomes. -Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience embedding governance, process, and culture across portfolio levels. -Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and securing funding to meet product and operational requirements.
