Tasks
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to drive commercial success Recruit, train, and develop team members to support career progression and strong performance Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets -Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising -Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor -Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to drive commercial success -Recruit, train, and develop team members to support career progression and strong performance -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards -Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
