The Role
Overview
Manage hard/soft FM services, compliance, contracts, and stakeholder relations for Volvo sites.

Tasks
-Act as liaison between Volvo staff, Bellrock, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication. -Oversee all hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, security, post room, reception, and planned/reactive maintenance. -Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure contractor compliance with site rules. -Ensure statutory compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation. -Support project works and space planning initiatives on site. -Manage the in-house facilities team, including an electrician, receptionist, and post room operative. -Support employee wellbeing and foster a collaborative workplace culture. -Monitor and manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fabric maintenance). -Oversee performance of third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery against SLA and KPI targets. -Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to both client and Bellrock management. -Build strong working relationships with Volvo stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. -Act as first point of contact for all FM-related issues, ensuring swift resolution with minimal disruption. -Review and authorise purchase orders, invoices, and ensure cost control. -Maintain accurate records, permits, and documentation for audits and inspections. -Conduct performance reviews, ensure training needs are met, and manage staff attendance. -Lead, motivate, and support the FM team to deliver high-quality service. -Manage procurement processes in line with Bellrock and client requirements. -Support Volvo and Bellrock’s CSR and sustainability objectives, including waste management, recycling, and energy monitoring.
