Plumbing Service Manager

Overview

Supervises commercial plumbing technicians and handles service operations.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, supervisors, field technicians and internal departments -Provide phone support to service technicians and assist in identifying solutions -Achieve departmental objectives and goals by effectively managing field technicians -Forecast and schedule plumbing equipment, tools and materials -Perform additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the service plumbing department -Manage personnel in compliance with state laws, company policies and established protocols -Schedule, delegate and review work order activities for commercial plumbing field staff in coordination with dispatch and account managers -Train and coach technicians on commercial service plumbing techniques and best practices

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills -Minimum of five years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience -Recent and relevant supervisory experience in commercial plumbing, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role -Above-average troubleshooting and critical thinking skills -Proficiency in cell phone applications, Microsoft Office, and web-based software -Applicants must submit a current and updated résumé to be considered
