Overview
Prepare, evaluate, and deliver financial reports for client property portfolios.

Tasks
-Complete accounting transactions in preparation of client financial statement packages. -Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted. -Research open accounting issues and recognize potential issues and conflicts so corrective action can intercept and minimize issues. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Respond to and resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. -Use aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports. -Impact the quality of own work. -Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors. -Generate financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. -Use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

What You Bring
-Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. -Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practice experience in applying them. -Understand and work with scenario planning (exit/maintain/grow) tools/models, while analyzing trends in general business conditions. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
