Tasks

-Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members -Document support procedures, resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and audit purposes. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code, database performance, job scheduling, and cloud infrastructure. -Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. -Maintain and monitor Azure cloud resources, ensuring availability, cost-efficiency, and compliance. -Manage and optimize Control-M job flows, including job failures, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks. -Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to PL/SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Control-M, and Azure environments. -Provide operational support for Oracle and MongoDB databases, including backups, restores, and performance tuning. -Monitor and respond to incoming trouble tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. -Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or automation opportunities.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. -Strong knowledge of MongoDB administration and support. -Proven ability to manage and resolve technical support tickets efficiently. -Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities -5+ years of experience in PL/SQL development and Oracle database support. -Experience managing and supporting Azure cloud services in a production environment. -DLL’s referral program applies -Familiarity with Agile or DevOps support environments. -Certifications in Oracle, MongoDB, Azure, or ITIL are a plus. -Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and troubleshooting. -Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk). -Prior experience working with Node.js, Vue.js, and React.js is a differentiator.
