Tasks

To support and manage end-to-end HR functions at the plant level, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, employee engagement, and effective coordination between management and shop-floor workforce. -Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy. -Ensure compliance with all labour laws applicable to manufacturing units (Factories Act, ESIC, PF, wages, contract labour, etc.). -Address employee grievances promptly and maintain harmonious industrial relations. -Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation. -Coordinate interviews, skill tests, and pre-employment formalities. -Support the PMS cycle for all plant employees. -Manage the hiring process for plant-level positions (operators, technicians, supervisors, staff). -Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities during inspections. -Assist in KRAs documentation, appraisal coordination, and performance reviews. -Ensure proper induction & orientation programs for new joiners at the plant. -Maintain training MIS and evaluate effectiveness. -Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management. -Plan and execute safety, technical & behavioural training programs. -Monitor contractor workforce attendance, onboarding, compliance documents, and bills. -Organize engagement activities, welfare programs, and cultural events at the plant. -Ensure contractors meet statutory requirements and safety norms. -Assist in handling disciplinary actions, misconduct cases, and domestic inquiries. -Track manpower, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, and other KPIs. -Coordinate with the payroll team for timely and accurate salary processing. -Oversee canteen, transport, uniform, and other welfare facilities. -Conduct regular shop-floor rounds to understand workforce morale and concerns. -Identify training needs for workmen & staff through skill gap analysis. -Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave management.

What You Bring

. Basic understanding of manufacturing HR & labour laws. -MBA / MSW in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred). -Ability to work with shop-floor teams and senior management. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools. -Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
