-Analyze existing layouts and programs to create impactful design concepts. -Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants. -Lead design development for renovation projects in institutional settings. -Produce high-quality documentation across all phases using Revit. -Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. -Experience with Construction Administration. -Expertise in Revit across all design phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration). -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch). -Strong verbal and visual communication skills for presentations and team collaboration. -Familiarity with NYC building codes and renovation protocols is a plus. -Knowledge of institutional design standards and compliance. -8+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio in institutional renovations.
