Tasks

-Exceptional Service Standards: Ensure top notch customer service standards while delivering a seamless customer experience -Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and regulatory compliance -Support Company Expectations: Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures -Manage operational staff day-to-day, including training, coaching, and mentoring to foster a collaborative team environment -Responsible for all aspects of the branch's profit & loss -This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present -Team Environment: Support Sales functions that help our customers thrive in their markets by providing a variety of products -Interview, hire, and onboard all branch staff- provide a continuous learning environment that helps contribute to the success of the team and branch -Hands On: Optimize asset management, process efficiency and again, promote safety -Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for the branch location -Contribute to and support the achievement of top-line sales goals

What You Bring

-Business Savy: Manage your own P&L; make a difference by using your financial acumen -Experience with a CRM, Salesforce preferred -P&L experience preferred -2+ years of Management experience in relevant field -College degree desirable -Frequent use of company communication devices is required such as a computer, cell phone, and printer -Frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening -1 or more years of building materials experience preferred -Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment, composed under pressure
