  • Always works within the SLA’s and boundaries of the Plan Manager Governance framework.
  • Liaise with Project Engineers to identify and action tasks against new or amended assets.
  • Ensure the appropriate governance group approval is sought for any changes.
  • Undertake bulk deletions of tasks where requested and with governance approval
  • Undertaking Programmes of work from Maintenance Optimisation team, Planning and Forecasting Leads and Process Work bank SME’s for statutory and regulatory Maintenance within agreed timescales.
  • Apply dependencies and required documents when building tasks or tours.
  • Undertake Bulk amendments of task start dates.
  • Undertake reporting and analysis activities to track completion and highlight the deltas to stakeholders.
  • Action any task, tour or measuring point amendments and refinements within.
  • Publish work plans into SAP from 1 month to 5 years.
  • Work closely with Scheduling Analysts and Coordinators to ensure a clean flow of work and that tasks and tours are schedulable.
  • Add new measuring points to tasks and tours.
  • Bundling tasks into tours liaising with Field engineers to ensure design meets user requirements where required.
  • Attendance at weekly at Work Management Meetings and reviews as required
  • Effectively manage Plan Manager application to ensure it is cleansed and kept in optimal condition as work feeds through.

  • Good understanding of Water and or Wastewater operations.
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships quickly.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • UAT Testing of Plan Manager.
  • Proficient use and understanding of Excel.
  • Previous working knowledge and experience of CMMS/SAP.
  • Knowledge of Work Management and Central Operations.
  • Good understanding of Process work management.
  • Familiar with Systems Thinking.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Maintenance Excellence Programme.
