Overview
Install and upgrade HVAC systems in new and existing buildings.

Tasks
-Complete installation of heating and cooling systems in newly constructed buildings. -Ensure that systems are operating at the highest energy efficiencies possible. -Use equipment, materials, tools, and your time in a manner that demonstrates care and personal responsibility. -Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making in a manner that will provide superior quality work for the customer. -Install heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings. -Be aware of safety concerns, knowledgeable of safety practices, and adhere to safety protocol. -Keep accurate work logs: job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.

What You Bring
-Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record -General construction knowledge to include building codes and reading of blueprints -3+ years of work experience as a Technician preferred -Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written -Ability to perform basic mathematical functions necessary for the construction trades -Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places -Must be authorized to work in the US. -Skilled at using power and hand tools
