Tasks

-Leading architectural projects from concept to completion (across all RIBA stages), tailored to individual expertise and regional needs -Managing internal teams and coordinating with external partners to achieve quality standards, consistency, and timely delivery -Championing good design practices and contributing to the long-term growth and direction of the architecture discipline -Acting as a trusted advisor and key contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders—able to influence decision-making and secure positive project outcomes -Progressing into a broader leadership role involving mentoring junior staff, shaping team culture, and guiding strategic development -Driving business development by actively winning new work, expanding client networks, preparing proposals, and positioning Pegasus Group as a leader in design

What You Bring

-Collaborative mindset, with readiness to take on leadership and client relationship responsibilities -Demonstrated experience across all RIBA stages, including design leadership and technical delivery -RIBA Part III qualification or international equivalent; ARB registration preferred -Advanced proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and visualisation tools is advantageous -Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience in a recognised design consultancy -Proactive approach to design, project management, and business development -Track record of delivering projects in residential, mixed-use, commercial, regeneration, or education sectors -Solid understanding of UK building regulations and planning frameworks -Proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to unlock opportunities and drive business growth -Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike
