General Production - Weekend Days

Overview

Produce and assemble windows/doors, handling vinyl, metal, CNC equipment.

Tasks

-Assists co-workers in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments in order to perform work according to standard operating procedures. -Prepare vinyl lineals for production using a lamination process -Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly fashion. -Saw and machine vinyl and metal to prepare for window and door assembly utilizing CNC saws and mills. -Assemble windows and patio doors. -Must wear appropriate PPE and maintain a safe working environment.

What You Bring

-Must be able to work overtime as required. -Strong verbal and written communications skills. -Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. -Basic Conflict Resolution skills. -Standing/walking 10 hours per day. -Proven problem solving and organization skills. -Must be able to read a tape measure to within 1/32 of an inch. -Understand quality standards and perform quality work including raw material, WIP, and finished goods inspection. -Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. -Be able to read and understand all paperwork and labels associated with production schedules. -Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs throughout the shift. -Works well in a team environment with a diverse workforce. -High School Diploma or Equivalent. -Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly, occasionally team lift up to 75 pounds -Stable work history with preferred 2 – 3 years of manufacturing experience.
