The Role
Overview
Assemble, inspect, and ship turbo machinery, manage tools, inventory, and documentation.

Tasks
-Maintain a clean and organized working space. -All duties necessary to receive, store and issue materials, parts, and equipment in the storeroom. -Perform a variety of tasks to support production. -Process full part inspections as required. -All operations necessary to ship and receive all materials and products such as wrapping, packing, weighing, stenciling, addressing, crating, un-crating, loading, and unloading. -Collaborating with multi-functional teams across sales, products, execution, engineering, purchasing, aftermarket services and manufacturing on a wide variety of manufacturing activities with varying technical complexity and scope. -Helping to grow a world-class machinery design and service business, -Working with pressure containing vessels and/or testing equipment. -Crate building for packaging machinery or other heavy equipment. -Turning and milling machine operation. -Adhere to production schedules. -Operate equipment necessary in the performance of duties such as forklift, hoist, hand truck, overhead cranes, and other lifting equipment including company vehicles. -Use precision measuring equipment such as caliper and micrometers. -Being part of an engineering, manufacturing, service, and business organization developing machinery solutions for our customers, -Prepare all necessary documents.

What You Bring
-Dynamic or single plane balancing equipment operation. -Experience in data management systems such as: ERP systems, SAP is preferred but is not required. -Ability to read Mechanical drawings for job duties. -Working knowledge of torque wrenches, power tools, and hand tools for mechanical assembly. -The ability to grow and develop one’s career and take on increasing responsibility. -A high school diploma or GED is required. -Able to work within a team environment with the ability to change priorities quickly. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word. -Knowledge of mechanical assembly applying to industrial machine maintenance or rebuilds, automotive or diesel engine assembly or mechanical assembly. -A valid driver’s license is required. -Good written and verbal communications skills. -Perform inventory counts, knowledge of ERP systems. -Excellent attention to detail. -3+ years’ experience in a mechanical, maintenance, or assembly field is required. -Ability to work in a union environment. -Availability to work a 1st shift: 6:25am to 2:25pm, Monday through Friday. -Forklift, pallet jack or reach truck operation. -Associate degree from a technical school with training in mechanical assembly, automotive or industrial and/or precision measuring and machining is preferred but is not required.
