Project Manager - Delivery

Tasks

-Support the management and planning of all project delivery components including (but not limited to): scope management, budget management and SDLC management. -Responsible for scope management, including both internal & external communication. -Coordinate and attend all project team and lead delivery meetings with stakeholders. You will follow up with team on action items & project updates, holding individuals & team members accountable to commitments. -Provide hands on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, launch & post launch phases. -Work in a blended environment of waterfall, Agile and hybrid across customers with Project Management tools. -Provide risk & issue management, spot & minimize potential project risk/issues that might delay the project completion. -Create & maintain project documentation that is the single source of truth about a project to keep teams aligned & informed. -Responsible for creating clear & attainable project objectives, building out project requirements & managing the associated constraints of the project including cost, time, scope & quality. -Provide planning & resource scheduling across product, design, engineering and business operations. This will include tracking the team workload and communicating bottlenecks & resource availability proactively.
