What You Bring

-Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HCI SWP) -MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline preferred -Experience advising senior leadership on talent capacity, cost scenarios, and future-readiness -Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering or related field -Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks with enterprise impact -6- 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations
