-Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product quality and capacity. -Authorize legal documents like the Part Submission Warrant. -Make informed quality decisions on behalf of the company. -Lead quality assurance efforts for product launches and current models.

What You Bring

-Effective oral and written communication skills. -In-depth knowledge of AIAG APQP and PPAP processes. -Robust manufacturing experience and program management experience. -High interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. -Proficient in basic computer skills and quality systems knowledge. -Preferred experience with commodities like Exterior Lighting and Mechanisms. -Preferred problem-solving skills such as Green Belt / Black Belt, Red X, etc. -Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems/Processes, Continuous Improvement, or Lean in a manufacturing environment. -Strong analytical problem-solving skills. -Experience with manufacturing processes such as Molding, Coating/Painting, and Assembly.
