Tasks

-Report to the Project Manager and take ownership of day-to-day delivery. -Assist in managing all on-site operations for public works and building projects. -Support quality control, BCAR documentation, and project reporting. -Provide technical input and problem-solving support throughout construction. -Interpret and review project programmes, ensuring progress is tracked and milestones are achieved. -Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities to maintain effective communication. -Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and materials. -Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company procedures.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have a background in civil or building projects, experience managing site activities, and strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement. -Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. -At least 3 years’ experience on civil or building projects (public works experience a plus). -Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline. -Strong understanding of project programming and sequencing. -Familiarity with BCAR regulations is a major plus. -Demonstrated knowledge of Health & Safety management on site.
