Tasks

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, budgeting, and client relations. -Assist in project closeout and punch list completion. -Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. -Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction. -Coordinate material procurement, equipment logistics, and subcontractor scheduling. -Supervise field teams and subcontractors across multiple job sites. -Conduct project kickoff meetings and maintain regular site visits throughout project lifecycle. -Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and project progress. -Manage end-to-end execution of mechanical projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager to lead industrial mechanical construction projects across various locations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems who thrives in a dynamic, travel-based role. -Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to lead field operations and manage multiple, geographically dispersed projects. -5 years or more of project management experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction -Willingness & ability to travel up to 75% of the time across various U.S. locations. -Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and project schedules. -Experience & knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical systems and installation processes.
