Accounts Payable Clerk

Overview

Process invoices, manage vendor/customer records, and provide office backup support.

Tasks

-Print receiver reports. -Setting up new vendors. -Process POs (as well as coded invoices) daily. -Maintaining vendor and customer files (including hard copies and data entry). -Assign GL codes to coded invoices. -Check POs & receivers and ensure accuracy.

What You Bring

-Good organizational and communication skills. -Cross-trained in all areas for back-up support to other employees (must be able to perform any of the other jobs in office). -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. -Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. -Accurate and efficient processing of customer and vendor invoices. -Strong problem-solving skills. -Good interpersonal and customer relation skills.
