Tasks

-Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters -Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites -Work independently or with a team to complete service calls efficiently and professionally -Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and service vehicle -Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes, including leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions -Provide excellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and recommending appropriate solutions -Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues -Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance -Install/assess drainage systems in residential and commercial applications

-Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills -Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work -Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps -Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record -Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision -Journeyman Ticket or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice -Experience with boiler servicing is an asset -Minimum 3 years of experience in residential plumbing service; commercial service experience is an asset
