-Develop and maintain relationships with and candidates within commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mission-critical sectors -Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and deliver tailored search strategies -Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Executive roles -Drive recruiting strategy to ensure speed, quality, and long-term placement success

This person will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top construction talent across the country. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the construction industry, a strong existing network, and a proven ability to fill roles ranging from field operations to executive leadership. -Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience specifically within the construction industry (agency or in-house) -Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple searches at once -Strong understanding of construction operations, project lifecycles, and regional markets -Proven track record of placing talent in field and office construction roles -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
