Tasks

-Resolve escalated issues related to site access, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance. -Represent the company in external meetings with customers, municipalities, utilities, and regulatory bodies. -Lead cross-functional planning and execution across engineering, permitting, and construction teams. -Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation. -Develop and manage national and regional construction programs for fiber, wireless, and other network infrastructure. -Implement standardized project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMO frameworks, dashboards). -Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with executive leadership. -Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and third-party service providers. -Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to align construction efforts with broader business goals. -Leverage data analytics to forecast risks and optimize program delivery. -Lead and mentor a team of program and project managers across multiple markets. -Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects—from design and permitting to build-out and closeout. -Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. -Provide regular updates to executive leadership on program status, risks, and opportunities. -Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor accountability through KPIs and performance reviews.

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting. -Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and capital projects. -10+ years of experience in construction program management, with at least 5 years in a senior role. -Deep understanding of telecom construction practices, including OSP/ISP, fiber deployment, and wireless site development. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. -Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. -Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems. -Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs across diverse geographies. -Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
