The Role

Overview

Supervise and lead bridge maintenance works, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Tasks

-Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks. -Identify site issues and report to the engineer/project manager for timely resolution. -Plan and allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) effectively for daily operations. -Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and project requirements. -Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards. -Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment on site. -Maintain site records, daily reports, and labor attendance sheets. -Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures at all times. -Supervise and lead site teams in carrying out bridge maintenance and repair works.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage). -Proven track record as a Civil Foreman handling bridge works or structural repairs. -Strong understanding of civil maintenance practices, safety standards, and construction techniques. -Valid UAE Driving License is required. -Ability to read technical drawings and communicate instructions clearly to the team. -Minimum 6 years of UAE or GCC experience in bridge maintenance or civil infrastructure projects.
