The Role

Overview

Full-time weekend maintenance technician handling mechanical, electrical, and building upkeep.

Tasks

-Install new plant and equipment. -Assist subcontractors and maintain records. -Service electrical, mechanical, and non-technical equipment. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements. -Use and maintain CMMS/CAFM systems. -Perform mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance. -Respond to help desk queries and resolve faults. -Identify and fix equipment maintenance issues. -Conduct planned preventative maintenance on equipment.

What You Bring

-3+ years of relevant experience in utilities/facilities. -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. -Excellent customer service and communication skills. -Proven track record in preventative and reactive maintenance. -Electrical/Mechanical Senior Trades or relevant engineering diploma. -Team player with good organizational skills.
