Tasks

-Receive and evaluate used Pellet Mill Dies for the purpose of restoring working face and tapered inlet; -Track materials used per shop order, monitor inventory, identify / requisition parts to maintain stock; -Package Dies and Rollers for return to customer; -Set up, program and operate CNC controlled VBM and grinder to restore working face; -Set up, program and operate CNC controlled countersink machine to restore tapered inlet; -Use overhead cranes and forklifts for materials handling and loading / unloading trucks; -Perform all assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times; -Use various types of precision measuring instruments, such as dial indicators, verniers, and micrometers; -Receive, evaluate, disassemble and reassemble Pellet Mill Roller assemblies using a 200-ton hydraulic and other equipment; -Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times;

What You Bring

-Must have knowledge and good use of the English language and grammar, proficient in reading, interpreting Engineering drawings. -This position requires work in a plant/mill environment which may be dusty with varying temperature and noise levels. Good mobility is required. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, kneel, ascend/descend stairs, work in confined spaces, possess excellent sight, hearing, touch, manual dexterity, visual acuity, coordination, and balance, and wear necessary PPE. Must be able to endure extended working hours when required. -Possess the ability to use precision measuring instruments and be computer literate. -Must have clean driving record, capability of operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. -Use of Hydraulic Presses, knowledge of CNC machining, knowledge of Pellet Mill maintenance, Pellet Mill Roll Rebuilding. -High School graduate with good mechanical aptitude.
