Overview

Tasks

-Resolve issues, coordinate escalation procedures, and contribute to the delivery of support, training, and other related processes. -Work in a collaborative environment where management's doors are always open for discussions and thoughts on improving products and services, aligning with the company's goal of providing the best, most innovative software solutions. -Troubleshooting web-based applications, cloud-hosted services, or SaaS. -Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure the effective use of applications. -Answer customer inquiries through various channels, including phone support (50%), email, chat, and screensharing. -Serve as a vital liaison between customers and Trimble, providing enterprise-level support for products and services.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with working on multiple monitors and using screen-sharing tools like Zoom (bonus). -Comfortable with constant phone or chat interactions. -High attention to detail. -General knowledge of the construction industry (through education or experience). -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Experience in HR management systems or ERP systems. -Prior experience in a customer service or customer support role. -Tolerance of ambiguity and a desire to learn. -Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures. -Experience unparalleled support and respect from all levels of the organization.
