Tasks

-Plan, provide design guidance, and manage technical delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects, primarily focused in Residential Land Development -Assist project managers to prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule and prepare deliverables -Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects -Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships -Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work

What You Bring

-Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon -Previous experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D required -Experience in stormwater and sanitary sewer design, grading plans, and site development in Western Washington -Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians -3 years of experience in residential land development and/or road and utility design
