Tasks

-Sort refundable items according to Encrop Pacific processing policies -Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns -Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product return programs -Prepare, package, and load product for shipping -Provide information about a variety of accepted products -Handle customer inquiries and complaints

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Work in outdoor environment up to 100% of the time. -Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift in an outdoor environment 90% of the time. -Previous experience in customer service, including cash handling -Ability to build rapport with clients -Forklift Experience -Class 5 Drivers License. -Ability to prioritize and multitask -Positive and professional demeanor -Knowledge of the city. -Ability to manually push/move up to 100 pounds with assistance from another employee -Ability to manually lift/move up to 65 pounds regularly
