What You Bring

In this role, you will play a key part in the construction of multi-building data center campuses and other commercial and industrial projects across the country. You’ll receive hands-on training with industry-leading technology and tools. Prior survey experience is not required, but the ideal candidate will bring the qualifications listed below. We are seeking a select group of motivated individuals who want to learn — or build on — the skills needed to perform electrical layout. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Columbus, OH area. -Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions, standing and walking for extended periods. -Strong attention to detail, with solid analytical and communication skills. -Strong work ethic with a proven record of punctuality and reliability. -Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and as part of a project team. -Demonstrated ability to learn, absorb, and retain new information; committed to continuous learning. -Willingness to travel within the U.S.; projects typically last one year or longer. -Comfortable navigating uneven terrain and climbing in and out of excavations while carrying sensitive equipment. -Prior experience in construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
