Tasks

-Drive continuous improvement in design standardization, workflow optimization, supply chain integration, and innovation methodologies. -Take full responsibility for the end-to-end design and project management process, from concept design and design development to construction drawings and final delivery. -Lead and mentor the sales design team, set clear goals and standards, and enhance the team’s design capability and sales conversion performance. -Oversee project budgeting and quotation reviews, and take charge of planning and selecting furniture, lighting, and equipment (FF&E). -Engage directly with clients, accurately understand their needs, provide professional design consultation and guidance, and ensure an excellent client experience. -Supervise on-site execution for residential and customized projects, ensuring premium craftsmanship, design accuracy, and client satisfaction. -Coordinate junior designers, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure high-quality project delivery according to schedule. -Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, take responsibility for company sales and operational performance, and actively contribute to brand strategy formulation and execution.

What You Bring

Our model integrates premium custom cabinetry supply chains from China, intelligent AI-powered design tools, and local project management and construction teams. -Business development experience or existing client networks. -8+ years of interior design experience, preferably in commercial spaces (F&B, offices, clinics) or high-end residential projects. -Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related disciplines. -Proven experience in independently handling projects or leading small design teams. -Interest or experience in sustainable materials and environmentally conscious design. -Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual creativity, spatial understanding, and execution excellence. -Excellent communication and client management skills, able to build trust with clients and partners. -Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, or similar design software (training can be provided where required). -Highly responsible, driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving industry. -Positive, collaborative, and professional attitude—with confidence to take ownership of design decisions and project outcomes. -Familiarity with Singapore local design submission processes or renovation compliance guidelines. -Strong time management and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
