Tasks

-Establish and operate high performing combined Test and software QA function that will ensure all applications meet predefined d QA standards -Provide QA input during the planning and design phases of enterprise implementations -Oversee and perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and regression testing for ongoing system changes -Stay current with industry QA trends, tools, and practices -Contribute to risk assessments and provide quality metrics/reporting to stakeholders -Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise application projects, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements -Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across ERP and engineering/business applications (e.g. Finance, HR, CRM, PLM, AEC Apps, etc.) -Manage QA resources (internal and/or external) and coordinate test activities across multiple workstreams -Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery -Drive test automation strategy and implement tools and frameworks where appropriate -Lead defect triage and resolution processes; establish and maintain a central defect management system -Ensure alignment with SDLC / Agile / DevOps practices and support continuous improvement in QA processes

What You Bring

-Proven experience (5+ years) in QA/Test leadership roles, ideally in complex enterprise environments -Experience with AEC Apps (e.g. Autodesk, Hexagon & simulation software) is a strong advantage -Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects (e.g. SAP, Deltek, iPaaS platforms). -Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Demonstrated expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Test Complete, Tosca, JUnit, etc.) -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field -Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and best practices for enterprise applications -Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) -Proficiency in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM) -Understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data validation testing -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
