Tasks

-Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support licence management, including the workers’ compensation regulator and industry bodies. -Ensure compliance with legislation and performance standards to maintain the self-insurance licence in Queensland. -Identify and manage risks that could impact licence status or regulatory obligations. -Analyse trends and outcomes to ensure Queensland Rail gains financial and non-financial value from its self-insurance licence. -Lead the self-insurance team to deliver empathetic and effective end-to-end management of workers’ compensation claims.
