Tasks

-Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations. -Identify and troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions. -Train and mentor production staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met. -Analysis of operational issues -Providing your team with technical support and training -Ensure efficient and effective production processes. -Manage and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. -Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and so forth -Planning, managing, and overseeing all elements of production in the facility. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. -Working with other engineers and management to develop budgets, cost analysis, and cost control. -Implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures. -Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement. -Create and maintain production documentation and procedures. -Continuously finding ways to improve production efficiency.
