Tasks
-Ensure project Quality and Commissioning issues are being reported in the project’s designated platform (BIM360 Field 2.0). Ensure issues are being resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Escalate unresolved issues to team and team leads as necessary. -Project Point-of-Contact for on-site project teams for all Quality and Commissioning matters. -Ensure TIMWOODS issues are actively captured on the project. Ensure TIMWOODS issues are followed up with resolution actions. Participate in GC Quality Circles and audit GC delivery of Quality Culture workshops. -Review of documentation including project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals), vendor/subcontractor QC plans and method statements, completed QC documentation. -Support site management of CxA resources. Review monthly invoice and any CxA change order proposals. -Monitor the FWT/FAT process and ensure FWTs are attended by necessary parties, and the necessary documentation is submitted for FATs. Participate in FWTs if necessary and as directed by team. -Support in the CxA in getting Quality and Commissioning activities incorporated into the GC’s master schedule. Participate in weekly/monthly schedule review meetings. Report on slippages and escalate to team leaders as necessary. -Ensure a smooth transition from Cx L3 to L4 testing. Support the CxA and DCOps teams during L4 testing and IST. Work towards our goal of “drama-free” FRs and no slips due to Quality or Commissioning. -Monitor the overall Cx L2-L3 process and escalate any concerns to the Team leaders and QCx teams. Attend Cx L2-L3 owner inspections on-site as necessary.. -Ensure Cx L2-L3 checklist tagging matrix is populated with planned dates in alignment with the master schedule. Track population of actual checklist completion dates and escalate slippages to DCS/QCx as necessary. -Ensure project Lessons Learned are being actively captured and Closed Loop Learning process is being applied to significant events. -Participates actively in all Quality and Commissioning meetings. Participates in other project level coordination meetings as required. -Leads the project Quality and Commissioning program requirements. Holds the relevant stakeholders accountable for requirements per the GC’s QA/QC Plan, the CxA’s Commissioning Plan, and our Project Manual. -Support the completion of the Facility Ready Checklist as part of turnover.
