Tasks

-Support Site Maintenance Technical Team with preventative maintenance identification, analysis, design, costing, and implementation -Assist maintenance team with schedule and budget development -Review and analyze equipment performance specifications from suppliers and contractors -Assist plant Engineers with site surveys during utilities project planning phases -Support tender evaluation processes -Perform data collection for investment grade audits -Develop monitoring and targeting systems for existing and new JLL sites -Create key performance indicators for long-term energy reduction delivery and maintenance -Permanent position supporting contract acquisition and maintenance project delivery

What You Bring

-Business development and operational experience -Knowledge in energy auditing, consumption forecasting, and energy modeling -Interest in achieving Chartered Energy Manager (CEM)/Energy Engineer (CEE) status -Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, or Building Services -Recent graduate or expected graduation from relevant course -Life cycle and capital cost/benefits analysis experience
