-You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology -Perform precision measuring and inspections -Performing machining activities on large reactor coolant pump motors and pumps -Performing precision measurements with calibrated equipment -Performing mechanical checks and inspections to pump and motor components and assist with refurb activities

What You Bring

-Strong Manual Machining experience required -Good problem identification and problem resolution skills -Including the use of multiple lathes, horizontal boring mills, Vertical turret lathes, and mills -Has the mechanical aptitude to disassemble/reassemble mechanical components -Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs, as required for specific roles -At least 6 years of directly related experience -Has the ability to communicate with engineering and management on specific job activates -Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent -Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data -Exhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking -Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment -May require specific nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification -Expert knowledge of equipment, practices, procedures, and concepts in pumps and motor maintenance
