Tasks

-Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon BIM protocols. -Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues. -Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions. -Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts. -Implement, and oversee company BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams. -Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities. -Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements. -Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics. -Provide production and modeling support across all project phases, ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables and alignment with design intent and project goals. -Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and project management skills. -10 years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM. -Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating. -Professional Licensure and Society Memberships -Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams. -Proficiency in programming languages like C# and/or Python. -Demonstrated experience in parametric design and coding skills in Revit Dynamo Script. -Professional Certification in BIM Management. -Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
