Tasks

-Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to reporting manager and project co-ordinator. -Review and Approval of Shop Drawings. -Participate in Coordination meetings and ensuring the relevant data w.r.to PHE systems are exchanged with the concerned disciplines. -For details which are not available in tender, the candidate should be capable of providing the design anticipating the necessary requirements as per standard norms, codes and best engineering practices. -Preparation of project scope of works /project brief. -Discussing with manger/immediate supervisor on the key milestones w.r.to design and execution at project site to initiate the procurement BOQs, drawings etc… -Determine water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plants requirements inline with the water quality available / determined. -Preparation of schematic drawings in AutoCAD. -Obtaining approvals on the design submissions from client /other stake holders. -Supporting Site Execution team in installation, testing, commissioning (ITC) and handover. -Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects -Preparation of interdisciplinary service inputs w.r.to PHE systems to Architecture, Civil and MEP disciplines. -Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies -Contribute to the delivery of the BU strategy. Including supporting the companies approach to sustainability -Preparation of Value Engineering options. -Preparation of the DBR, Drawings, BOQ, Design calculations, schemes and other technical documents as per the project requirement and client needs. -Record and discuss with manager / immediate supervisor for deviations, changes from the tender stage to operating stage and prepare variation statement to support BU/site to claim variations. -Candidate to update the manager /immediate supervisor in all the steps of project mentioned below and appraising him/her on any support required or clarifications required -Estimate and provide the number of sanitary fixtures and fittings based on the population for various types of buildings. -Attend and contribute to team and project meetings as required -Identifying and aligning himself/herself based on the modality of operation for the design stage. -Responsible for design, validation and finalisation of PHE systems -Support the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and to budgets -First Level QA/QC Review of GFC Drawings and Coordination drawings and submitting the same for manager/immediate supervisor review and approval. -Preparation of tender BOQ /estimate, indices etc… -Estimation of water demand and storage requirements. -Support procurement team in technical evaluation of the PHE Systems vendors/sub-contractors in consultation with immediate supervisor/manager.

-Good attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. -Must maintain self-control & discipline in challenging situations -Candidate should be able to coordinate with other disciplines and facilitate seamless input sharing not limited to., -Awareness on Indian and International Standards pertaining to Electrical System. -Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to all levels. -The candidate should have knowledge and relevant experience in performing all the roles and responsibilities as mentioned above for the following systems. -Must have a pleasant disposition and work in partnership with people on an individual, team level and end user levels. -Respond positively and flexibly and be adaptable to changes. -Must be enthusiastic about learning, innovation, and motivating others. -Good communication and written skills, team player, self-motivated, assertive and high analytical skill. -Capability in extraction of details from the BIM Models if provided by client. -Commercial Acumen, Adaptability & Learning -Water supply, Sanitary & roof drainage design and drawings, in internal buildings. -Capability to quickly understand the project and preparing queries in coordination with the manager/immediate supervisor.
