Overview
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems in a plant

Tasks
-Timely close all work orders assigned by supervisor in CMMS. -Conduct of inspection, testing and repair of commissioning equipment on Instrument system, control and component under the maintenance team. -Conduct routine 5S at maintenance workshop, store, substations and work area at site. -Coordinate and liaise with contractors in supervision of statutory equipment inspection and testing at site. -Perform daily preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on plant-wide electrical and instrumentation systems. Installation, Configuration, calibration and troubleshooting of PT, DPT, LT, TT and Mass flow meter. -Always follow and make sure plant safety rules and regulations. -Condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of critical instruments and take corrective actions to avoid breakdown. -Ensures quality of work within the set time frame, record and report. -Follow Instrument maintenance work planning and scheduling including procedures. -Participate in monthly safety committee meetings. -Reporting to the supervisor on daily work activity.

What You Bring
-Ability to work on remove and reinstall units, configuring, calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (Pneumatic, analog and digital) -Experience with electrical systems such as schematic, SLD, Layout, Control wiring drawing of MCC, DB lighting boards, soft starters / drives, earthing and lighting layouts. -Experience in DCS and programmable logic controls is an advantage. -Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis. -At least 5 years of previous experience of working in electrical and instrumentation in Chemical Process or Treatment Plant Industry. -Good verbal and written communication skills. -Hands on experience in BMS with HVAC, MV and LV Electrical systems. -Having good knowledge in megger test, PI test and gas detectors. -Diploma in Control & Instrumentation or equivalent is an advantage. -Knowledge in creating risk assessment for non-routine jobs. -Successful candidates will be working in the main office located at 15 Tuas View Circuit Singapore 636968. -Good working knowledge in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
