Tasks

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading a talented engineering team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and regeneration sectors. -Contribute to business development and support the wider growth strategy. -Lead the delivery of multiple projects from concept to completion. -Oversee project quality, resources, budgets, and client communication. -Act as a key client contact, nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones. -Manage and develop a team of up to eight engineers and technicians. -Drive innovation, design excellence, and continuous improvement within the team. -Inspire, mentor, and guide junior engineers to achieve their full potential.
